Living in a house without water supply is incovenient

While powerful people want their classmates who they hate to relocate to another city or town, they do not realize that water shortages can make it difficult to live in other cities or towns even for a few weeks.
In many indian cities and towns, there are severe water shortages, even in March which is spring in India every year.
The local civic body, is not supplying water to some areas daily, water is released only for a few days in a week.
While the locals make their own arrangement, visitors often find that there is no water at all in the house.
If the visitor has relatives, they will make arrangements for water supply, otherwise the visitor has to make their own arrangements when they reach their local residence after a long journey.
