Water supply disruption due to road construction work

In some areas, people have been getting continuous water supply all 24 hours a day.
In these areas, the water supply can get disrupion if the water pipeline is damaged or there is road construction work.
Often the people residing in the area are not getting any information that there will be a water cut.
Then suddenly they find that there is no water in their tap.
So their daily schedule is disrupted since they cannot do their cleaning, washing and cooking work.
It also increases the demand for bottled, mineral water in the local stores, since most people have not anticipated the water cut and stored water in their home and office.
